Department of Business Administration

Hello, I am research assistant doctor İpek AYTAÇ. I work at Yozgat Bozok University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration, Department of Production Management and Marketing.
The purpose of the Department of Business Administration is to prepare and train human resources to work as experts, researchers or managers in the private and public sectors.
At the same time, another main objective of this department is to train staff who are equipped with the knowledge to establish their own business, who have the spirit of business administration, who can make scientific decisions, who are open to modern ideas and developments, who can afford to bear the risk.
The first and second year courses of Yozgat Bozok University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences Department of Business Administration consist of compulsory courses. With the elective course options offered in the third and fourth year courses, our students start to shape their careers by choosing the courses in which business department they plan to specialise.
We have computer labs in our faculty. Our courses that require computers are held in our laboratories. Apart from this, our other courses are held in our classrooms.
In order for our students to graduate, they must participate in a compulsory summer internship programme. After completing their summer internships, they are eligible to be granted with the diploma.
There is an external relations unit within our university. With this unit, all students from our department or faculty or other faculties can participate in student mobility with many exchange programmes such as ERASMUS Plus, Farabi, Mevlana at our university.
As a department and together with our students, we participate in student congresses, other academic meetings and symposiums organised in our faculty and university.
Students graduating from the Department of Business Administration have the opportunity to find employment in any field, regardless of the sector. During their undergraduate studies, through the electives courses they choose, they have a wide range of employment opportunities in the business function they wish to pursue during their career, in the private sector, in the public sector, or by starting their own business, as they are trained in business creation.
Students of the Department of Business Administration usually express that they have some difficulty in numerical courses. But we, as the lecturers of Yozgat Bozok University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration, always stand by our students when they have problems. Our door is always open to them. Whenever they have a problem, whether it is related to the courses, their normal life in Yozgat or any area of the university, we are always with them as their supporters.
Yozgat Bozok University is doing its best to ensure that our future students from other cities do not face any housing problems. Our dormitory facilities, both private and government facilities are available in our city. Yozgat also has çamlık park, which is the first natural national park of Turkey. Other natural beauties and opportunities offered by the city are waiting for prospective students. I wish success to the students who will enter the university exam.
