Physical Education and sports teaching

Hello, my name is Aysel Karacaoğlu. I am a final year student at Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University Faculty of Sports Sciences, Department of Physical Education and Sports Teaching. The aim of our department is to educate well-equipped teachers who are competent in the branches of sports. In our department, Educational Sciences, including team and individual sports, as well as our departmental courses such as Anatomy, Physiology and similar courses are taught. Our university has a multi-purpose hall, tennis courts, basketball court, volleyball court, athletics track, pool, fitness room and dance hall. In the 4th grade, we do our internship. When we graduate from our department, we can work as teachers in schools affiliated to the Ministry of National Education. Apart from this, we can give private lessons in the fields we are experts in. I chose the Physical Education and Sports Department because of my interest in sports. I thought that I could show all my talents in this department, so I decided to study in this department. I chose Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University because it has academicians who are experts in their fields. My goal is to become one, and I think I can do it here. My advice to the candidates who will choose our university or department is for them to carry on training here. They should choose a field where they can become experts because it will be very beneficial for them. I welcome you all.
