Teaching Music

Hello, I'm Damla Suedanur Aydoğan. I am a graduate of Tokat Fine Arts High School. I am a 2nd year student at Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University Music Teaching Department. My main instrument is violin. Our department was established in Tokat Taşlıçiftlik Campus to train music teachers. In our department, Instrument, Piano, Singing, Choir, Orchestra, Western Music and Turkish Music Theory Practices, education courses and general culture courses are given. In addition to music classrooms, we have a rehearsal and concert hall, individual study rooms and a computer laboratory in our department. Graduates of our program can work as music teachers in primary and secondary schools, as an academician after receiving graduate education, and as a music instructor in private institutions. I have had an interest in music since childhood. I chose this department to introduce children to music. After I graduate, I plan to teach violin at a fine arts high school. I recommend the candidates who will choose our department to take advantage of all the physical facilities offered in our program. I wish success to all candidates who will take the exam.
