One of the prominent features of our school is that we have many communities founded by our students. Our students directly pioneered the establishment of these societies. One of them is the International Research Society. With this society, our students ensure their scientific development through academic counselling. There is an occupational health and safety and industry society. Apart from this, we have a travelling, photography, nature community and a bicycle community. All of these are planning important initiatives to ensure not only the academic development of our students but also their personal and individual development.

The job opportunities of our students in our two currently active departments are quite high. To start with occupational health and safety, they can easily find jobs both in the public and private sectors. Especially within the framework of the latest occupational health regulations, occupational health and safety measures must be taken in all public institutions and organisations. In this context, each public institution needs an occupational health specialist. For this reason, our graduates have job opportunities both in the public sector and in joint health and safety units. For the job opportunities of nursing department graduates, I can easily share the following information; According to the latest data of the Presidential Human Resources Unit in 2021, 88% of nursing department graduates can find a job within the first year of graduation. This is a great advantage for us, students of the nursing department. At the moment, we have not yet graduated our nursing students. We know that there is a great need for the health sector in Turkey, and nurses are an important force in this health sector. When we look at the need, 30 per cent of it consists of nurses. There is a big gap between the number of nurses we currently graduate and the number of nurses needed throughout Turkey. We can interpret this as follows; all nursing graduates, graduates of our school and nursing department students graduating from all universities will be able to find a job very easily. Not only in public institutions, but also in private sectors, nurses have job opportunities everywhere.
