Hello, I'm Assistant Professor Emre EKİNCİ. I have been working for 10 years at Yerköy Vocational High School of Justice. And since 1 year, I have been working as a manager at Yerköy Vocational High School of Justice.
There is a law department at Yerköy Vocational School of Justice. There are 3 basic programmes in this department. In 2010, the justice programme became active. Later on, after about 2 years, with the second education of this programme, our social security programme became active, and the second education of this programme was also activated at the same time. In 2017, together with the second education, the penal execution and security services programme started to operate, but then the second education was closed.
As of the 2022-2023 academic years, none of our programmes had a second education. We are only active with regular education programmes. We only take our students to regular education programmes. Up until today, we have graduated approximately 1850 students.
We have students in public institutions and organisations and private sector almost everywhere in Turkey. In addition, Yerköy Vocational School of Justice is in a very easy place in terms of transportation to Yozgat centre. It has a distance of approximately 35 km.
It is approximately 200 km from Ankara and 100 km from Kırıkkale. Therefore, we can say that we are located in the heart of Anatolia.


In Yerköy Vocational School of Justice, a total of 15 academicians work, as well as 12 lecturers and 3 assistant professors provide service to our students.
In Yerköy Vocational School of Justice, there is a computer laboratory where courses such as uyap and keyboard are given, especially applied courses. In addition, we have a 280-person conference hall where social, cultural and artistic activities take place for our students.
As you know, our justice, social security and penal execution and security services programmes are mostly carried out in public institutions affiliated to the Ministry of Justice and the Social Security Institution. Within the scope of national internship programmes, our students can carry out their internships in these institutions, that is, in public institutions affiliated to ministries.
Our graduates from the Corrections and Security program are primarily employed as correctional officers in correctional facilities.
