Hello, I am Yasemin Demirci, Head of Student Affairs Department of Yuksek Ihtisas University. The Department of Student Affairs was established in order to carry out the work and transactions of our students enrolled in the university in a qualified and quick fashion. The files of our students have been collected and archived in our department. In our department, registration procedures are carried out for students who have preferred and guaranteed a place in our university as a result of the Vertical Transfer Exam (DGS) performed by Student Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM). Also, we complete enrolment procedures of students who come to our university through undergraduate transfer and who are granted the quota of foreign nationals. Talking briefly about the services that will be offered to our students, we carry out the preparation of statistical data, student documents and transcripts, and we track graduation and scholarship procedures. In order to help our students with their finances throughout the programme, our university provides support with various scholarships. If we are to list these scholarships briefly, they appear as YKS (Higher Education Institutions Exam) Excellence Scholarship, First Choice Scholarship, Academic Success Scholarship, Social Support Scholarship, Martyr / Veteran Relative Scholarship and sibling discount.
