Public Administration

Hello, my name is Ayşenur Top. I am a senior student at Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Public Administration; I live in Tokat. Our department was established in 1995 as a part of Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University. It started providing education in the 2002-2003 academic year and admitting students to the secondary education in the 2004-2005 academic year. In our department, we provide elective and compulsory courses in many fields from administrative sciences to environmental sciences, from legal sciences to management sciences. There is a computer laboratory in our department. We actively use this laboratory which meets the needs of many students. Graduates of our department can work as administrative judges, district governors, assistant income specialists, and they can find employment opportunities in many areas in the private sector. I think I have the skills required in managements and administration. That's why the ideal job for me is a governorship position. For this reason, I chose the Department of Public Administration. The biggest reason for me to choose Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University is that it has a well-equipped academic staff. In addition, the green campus and nature of the university is one of the reasons pulled me here. After graduating from my department, I want to take the district governor's exams. I'm aiming to start my job as a district governor. I recommend our department and university to students who want to continue their careers working as administrative staff.
