Department of International Trade and Logistics

I'm Mehmet Can Gök. I am a third year student at Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University, Turhal Faculty of Applied Sciences, Department of International Trade and Logistics. Our department is situated in the Turhal district of Tokat. The International Trade and Logistics Department was established to train the personnel needed by companies engaged in import and export activities. In general, our courses are related to logistics and international trade. Examples of these are International Trade, Logistics and Transportation Methods. Our department has a computer laboratory, conference hall and library. I would also like to point out that there are up-to-date resources on international trade and logistics in our library. In our department, there is a compulsory internship of 40 working days, provided that it is done in the summer periods of the 2nd and 3rd year. After graduating from our department, we can work as an international trade officer and manager. I chose the International Trade and Logistics Department because of the increasing job opportunities. I visited the school during the election period. Thanks to the meetings I had with the professors, I decided that this school was the right school for me. After graduating from my school, I want to work in a port business and establish my own company after developing my skills there. If you are really interested in this profession and if you want to succeed in doing something, I recommend you to choose Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University Turhal Faculty of Applied Sciences, Department of International Trade and Logistics.
