Electroneurophysiology

I'm Ahmet Enes Değirmenci. I am a student from the Electroneurophysiology Program. The Electroneurophysiology Program is an important branch of neurology and physiology, although it may sound strange and long when we first hear its name. It was established to train professional electroneurophysiology technicians under the supervision of specialist physicians, focusing on the examination of functional behaviors in the brain and the diseases that occur as a result of the disorders of these functions. The Electroneurophysiology Program is located on the Hamidiye Campus. In the first year, we take the courses of Neurology, Anatomy, Physiology, Introduction to Electroneurophysiology and Medical Terminology, which are based on the fundamental requirements of the program. In the 2nd year, we have applied courses such as Electroencephalography, Electroneuromyography, Polysomnography. The Electroneurophysiology Laboratory is located in the Hamidiye Campus. Our laboratory is spacious and wide and has a EMG (Electroneuromyography) and a EEM device. Also, we have a dummy that will help during the applications and a projector that we use to observe the applications. We have 4 internships in the Electroneurophysiology Program. Spring semester internship is undertaken in the first year. In the second year, internships such as the fall semester, spring semester and summer interships are completed. Electroneurophysiology technicians can find opportunities to work in public hospitals, private hospitals, clinics and laboratories from the moment they graduate. I chose the Electroneurophysiology Program as a result of my studies in the field. I chose the University of Health Sciences because it provides a health-centered education. In addition, the fact that the school is working with many other institutions was a huge factor in my choosing this program. After graduation, I want to enroll in the undergraduate program of my field and specialize in it. I recommend the candidates who will come to this program to be hardworking, honest and ethical.
