Greetings! I am Mehpare TOKAY ARGAN, the Director of Bozüyük Vocational School. I joined Bozüyük Vocational School as a lecturer in 2002, and it holds a special place in my heart. For the past 2 years, I have been leading the Bozüyük Vocational School Directorate, specializing in marketing. Established in 1992 as part of Anadolu University, Bozüyük Vocational School aimed to train competent intermediate staff in vocational education. After the establishment of Bilecik Şeyh Edebali University in 2007, Bozüyük Vocational School became affiliated with it. Currently, we have 1460 graduates and 806 active students as of 2002. Our school offers 5 associate degree programs, including foreign trade, accounting and tax applications, banking and insurance, graphic design, and advertising departments. Our academic staff is diverse and experienced, comprising 1 associate professor, 9 doctoral lecturers, and 12 young and dynamic instructors, totaling 22 members. Bozüyük Vocational School is well-equipped with 2 computer laboratories, a printing workshop utilized by our graphic design students, a drawing workshop, and a 3D printer for their use. Our students in all programs have the opportunity to participate in 30-day summer internships to apply their theoretical knowledge in real-life settings. Additionally, students in our graphic design and foreign trade departments can opt for internships in the public or private sector during the 4th semester, as part of vocational training courses in business, at workplaces approved and accepted by our college. Graduates from our advertising program can pursue careers in media, public relations, and advertising, both in the private and public sectors, or even establish their own businesses.
