Campus Life

My name is Sıla Şentürk and I am a first-year student in Ufuk University Department of English Language Teaching. I am also a member of Ufuk Media Group. The University has 2 campuses—the first one is the Balgat Campus of the Faculty of Medicine, the second is Incek Dr. Rıdvan Ege campus, where other faculties are located. Our university has its own dormitory. This is a huge advantage for our university. Apart from that we have a large gym. There is also a semi-Olympic swimming pool in this gymnasium, along with table tennis and billiards halls and cafes. I use the swimming pool the most, because I am interested in sports. The facilities are also very clean and easy to use. There are many spring festivals, conferences and congresses in our school. The biggest pioneer of this is the Ufuk Media team. Towards the end of May, many famous artists come to our school as part of the spring festivities. This university has allowed me to establish good personal relations and become a more social person. It is a great advantage that students who choose this university will study in the capital. In addition, the general education, the teachers and the students are all very good and there are also many social activities. That's why they should choose this university.
