Volleyball Team

Hello my name is Ceren Aytaç and I am a third-year student at Ufuk University, in the Faculty of Medicine. I am the captain of Ufuk University Women's Volleyball Team and the Ufuk University Medical Faculty Women's Volleyball Team. Our team was established in the 2006/2007 session. We have been established in order to do sports, to have fun and to achieve success in sports activities alongside our academic achievements. As our sports hall is on the Incek Campus, we carry out our fitness, strength and ball workouts on this campus. There are 15 players on the team. Our training starts in September and takes place twice a week, on Mondays and Fridays. As our match weeks get closer, we increase our training sessions to three times a week, adding a session on Wednesdays. In addition, we attend the ÜNİLİG and 14th of March Medical Tournament which is played between universities. Since our team is newly established, our biggest success until now has been gaining third place in the 14th of March Medical Tournament. Our team is open to everyone registered at the university. We carry out selections in the first and second terms. If you're talented enough, you can join our team.
