Faculty of Islamic Sciences

My name is Ramazan Çelen. I am a 4th year student at the Faculty of Theology. Our faculty was established to teach Islamic sciences to our students and enable them to use them in their daily and professional lives. In our faculty, fundamental courses such as Hadith, Tafsir, Fiqh, Kalam and Philosophy of Religion are provided. Our faculty has a computer laboratory, library, conference hall and prayer rooms. Our students complete a graduation thesis in order to graduate. Students can choose their graduation thesis subject from any field they want. After graduating from our faculty, besides teaching, we have the opportunity to work as an imam, muezzin and as personnel in the Directorate of Religious Affairs. I chose this department because of my interest in Islamic sciences. I chose Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University because of the academic and social opportunities it offers to students. After graduating from our faculty, I plan to become a teacher. There are various clubs and social activities in our university. I recommend students to check them out. I wish success to students who will take the university exam. Let's take advantage of these opportunities together.
