Department of Communication and Design

My name is Recep Aslan. I am a second year student at Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University, Erbaa Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, Department of Communication and Design. Our department is located in Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University Erbaa Campus. The primary aim of our department is to train students who have knowledge about the media and communication sector and who can use communication technologies. In our department, theoretical and applied courses are provided. Courses such as Communication History, Communication Psychology, Web Design, Editing Techniques are provided. We have a workshop where we can produce photo and video content. In addition, there is a computer laboratory where we can produce graphic design products. We prepare multimedia and graduation projects to graduate. These projects are practical projects such as short films and promotional films. When we graduate from our department, we can work in radio, television and advertising agencies. I chose this department because of my interest in the media and communication sector. I chose Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University because it is a dynamic, student-friendly university. I want to work and improve myself in the field of social media, which is developing day by day. I recommend students who will choose my department to follow the technological developments and improve themselves. Good luck to those taking the exam.
