ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE:
One of the areas that artificial intelligence effects and will continue to affect is the healthcare sector. In addition to the increase in scientific research related to artificial intelligence applications in the field of healthcare in the recent past, almost all of the big global research data and artificial intelligence creating companies have focused on the field of medicine. Based on this, the Izmir Bakırçay University Artificial Intelligence Studies Application and Research Center was established.
ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE STUDIES APPLICATION AND RESEARCH CENTER IN HEALTH:
The artificial intelligence studies application and research center in health aims to carry out studies on health technologies and to establish the infrastructure needed by our country for similar research. The goal of our center is to realize the process of converting the data obtained in the field of health into meaningful information for policy makers with new and improved artificial intelligence methods.
Our center takes part in many scientific activities to achieve our national goals in the near future, to act jointly, and to provide a working environment together. These activities are;
To bring together the stakeholders in this field with the International Congress on Artificial Intelligence in Health
To carry out cooperation projects with major actors in the sector through the International Association for Artificial Intelligence in Health
To make the Journal of Artificial Intelligence Theory and Applications, where we can publish important articles in the research ecosystem, sustainable
The Artificial Intelligence Studies Application and Research Center in Health, which is located in the campus of Izmir Bakırçay University, provides many opportunities. These possibilities are;
The possibility of working and developing artificial intelligence algorithms with advanced computer equipment
Virtual/Augmented reality, Big data processing, Biomedical technologies and designs, and the possibility of developing health technologies
The possibility of providing a physical laboratory equipped with advanced technology to the service of researchers
Possibility of researcher employment within the scope of a national and international young researcher exchange program
It provides internship opportunities to undergraduate students with practical workplace training.
