Kazakhstan Student Society

Hello to everyone. My name is Yerassyl Bexultanov. I am from Kazakhstan. Also, I am the President of the Kazakhstan Student Club here. In 2019, Sakarya University of Applied Sciences was established under the Department of Health, Culture and Sports. Its purpose is to introduce Kazakhstan to international students and Turkish people. There are social life centers, canteens and cafeterias within the campus and conference halls affiliated to the rectorate. We usually meet in such places. All 200 Kazakh students in Sakarya are members of our community. There are 50 students of Sakarya University of Applied Sciences. Generally Kazakhstan citizens and Kazakh students from another country want to be a member of our community. The programs we have done with the Turkish World Student Community is the Nevruz Program. We are carry out this program for 3 days and we are doing the Three Aris Program of Kazakh`s Three Intellectuals. Apart from these, our country has activities on its independence day. We promote our country at the stands. The University of Applied Sciences is setting up a booth by uniting all clubs; we are promoting the club there too. One of the most comprehensive program we did as Kazakhstani students is the meeting of Kazakhstani students in Sakarya in Turkey. This program was organized for the first time in Sakarya, Turkey. Turkey participated in this program, 250 students from 35 cities have. Of course, our rector, who hosted this program, also attended. Thanks to this program, all our students had the opportunity to express their various problems and the problems related to the support received by all YTB (Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities) scholarship students. Students studying at our university were able to express their problems to our rector. All of these students had the opportunity to visit Sakarya for 2 days and socialize with each other. It was a very good activity for students. Our community is open to all Kazakh students and Kazakh students from other countries. This community enabled me to make friends from many countries in international studies. This club helped me obtain references from Turkish universities, student clubs, and youth centers. I am thinking of working in Kazakhstan next semester after graduation. In the meantime, I am thinking of working in embassies and consulates. Introducing myself in such a club has given me a great advantage in terms of my future. I am calling out to candidates who will choose our university, we would like to see you among us.
