Dormitory Facilities

Hello everyone, I'm Leyla Kargin. I am a 3rd year student at Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University Faculty of Medicine. Today I will give you information about the girls' dormitories located on our campus. Our rooms are for 4 people. We are provided with hot water for 24 hours. The toilet and bathroom are in our room. We have work areas inside and outside our room. Apart from that, we also have free wifi. We can access any information we want. In terms of common areas, we have a common restaurant, canteen, television rooms and a library in our dormitory. We also have 1 laundry room to wash our clothes. I am satisfied with the dormitory facilities, I really like the breakfast offered here, too. In addition, having internet access allows us to access all kinds of information. Apart from that, in our study halls, we can feel like we are in the library and study for our exams easily. In terms of security, our dormitory is monitored 24/7 with CCTV and protected by security outside. Apart from that, the last entry to our dormitory is at 11 PM and we need to get permission for the days we will spend outside. Staying at the dormitory has provided me with some advantages. As I don't have to worry about cooking and cleaning, I can spare more time on myself and my courses. There are many events organized by our dormitory. These activities help us improve our skills. There are bus stops 2 minutes away from our dormitory. In addition, we can commute wherever we want whenever we want. Our dormitories are within walking distance of the campus. We can easily make it to the campus. We are not responsible for food and cleaning. Our needs are met by the staff in our dormitory. When you come to our university, you should definitely take advantage of the dormitory facilities. I wish good luck to those who will take the exam.
